Did you know that April is National Stress Awareness Month in the US?

Friend, I don’t know about you, but I have found these last few years to be STRESSFUL!

I know it’s not just me. In fact, according to a poll conducted by the American Psychological Association, 27% of American adults are so stressed most days that they are unable to function. And more than 3/4 of adults in America (76%) reported that they had experienced at least one symptom in the last month as a result of stress, such as headache, fatigue, feeling nervous or anxious, and feeling depressed.

Stress can stand in the way of you claiming yours, whether that’s more money, more freedom, or more time for yourself and your family.

So for all of April, in honor of Stress Awareness Month, this newsletter will be dedicated to reducing the stress in your life!
